Country singer Toby Keith died Monday at the age of 62. His family wrote in a statement to his website that he died "peacefully ... surrounded by his family."

    Instead of being Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, they will now be known as Toby Keith’s Ladder to Heaven (9/11, 9/11)
