The California bay area (tech capital of the world) is also very open minded to drugs. I’ve been to many parties here with people openly using cocaine, shrooms, molly, and acid. Never felt unsafe or concerned for anyone because even at large parties (500+ people) people are always looking out for others and keeping everyone safe.
I honestly didn’t believe recreational cocaine use was a thing until moving here and it absolutely blew my mind. I’ll personally never touch it, but to each their own.
