… my ADHD case would be this but using the hurdles to construct a plan guaranteed to achieve best case scenario.
And then not executing the plan bcs of reasons.
Considering worst cases and preparing for them while minimizing costs for marginal satisfaction of needs is actually the most logical thing you can do. It’s called Murphy’s Law.
