      Also I kinda had a milder version of this when I got diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea. Prior to it every day was a struggle. Nodding off in class, immediately napping after school, waking up at 4am to do homework because my sleep schedule was so fucked. Constant exhaustion, I begged for caffeine pills or some other stimulant just to get me through.

      Turns out I was getting choked out by my body thirty times per hour of sleep 🙃 have a CPAP now and it’s much better although kinda worse in the past year or so, I think the machine is crapping out

      Got a severe vitamin D (the actual vitamin, not euphemism) deficiency back in college. Nearly ended up in the hospital. Not pleasant in the slightest. Vitamin D is used to transport calcium into cells. Calcium is used in muscle tissue, among other things. So, with muscles being unable to contract, unfortunate things happen, like the GI tract stopping. 0/10 - Do not recommend.
