Pacing is my number one activity after panicking and forgetting where I set down my damn phone.
I hate when it comes on. Just can’t do anything. I wish I could change modes at will because sometimes I can just do things like crazy and get so much done but then at others its like im paralyzed.

Serious question, does a higher dosage of medication help? I was recently diagnosed and started taking medication which was good for about a month but I’m slipping back to old habits.
Some people build up a tolerance and need to slowly take more and more, and even switch types back and forth. This would allow one tolerance to lower while another starts going up.
Some people even have schedules, like x over the summer, y start of school.
Journals help to find the trends and what causes certain “lapses”.
Thank you for the feedback. I thought about maybe not taking it on weekends so the tolerance doesn’t build up as fast. I’m curious to hear more about the journaling thing.
