    At some point, sure. Right now getting your caloric intake under control should be your main concern. You’re really unhealthy, man. I don’t know what you’ve gone through to get you to this point, but you won’t be around much longer if you don’t take care of this now. It’s hard but you can do it.

    I would say “YES”! From an ethical standpoint, there is no argument against it anyways.

    Regarding health and weight loss, a whole foods plant based diet can really help to loose weight while staying fit, happy and healthy without bad mood swings and yoyo dieting. It also can reduce the risk for some of the big killers like stokes and heart attacks.

    I would recommend to check out https://pcrm.org and their podcast “the exam room”. They got a lot of good material on the matter. The podcast host has finished his very own successful weight loss journey.

    Also, as January is coming up, https://veganuary.com can be a good “jump start program” to get into the vegan game.
