    Remember, kids - when you boycott a business for being “woke”, you’re a patriot with strong moral values. When you cancel a business for “bigotry”, you’re ruining the economy, and part of the reason this country is going to hell.

    There’s no end to the irony that the same boomers who demand that “the customer is always right,” also tell me I’m consuming wrong.

    Capitalist is a nebulous term. While I guess you could use it to describe freelance journalists pushing out low effort schlock because they get paid on quantity and rent is due, I think that’s kinda ridiculous.

    I think the term “Capitalist” would apply to employees determining how to profit off changing consumer interests.

    The button on the left should say “adults aged 18-35 are buying less ____ because of ethical concerns/recent health findings/changing values/rising CoL/better alternatives (pick one)” and the bottom panel should say “clickbait journalists”
