    Edit: Wait you’ve got two acts. ACCUSE (Also uses Susies action) where you imply the enemy is either a drug addict or a sex criminal and it raises their attack power and causes them to take more damage. It works 3 times

    And

    DIAGNOSE (Uses everyones action) where you get the diagnosis wrong, until they’re under 10% HP where it auto SPAREs them.

    Edit 2: S action is susie using her heal-douken on the enemy so you don’t accidentally kill the enemy

    R action makes bullets go slower.

      i never watched house md but i saw the video with the mouse bites, might as well add spamton’s gimmick of answering a random question for a personal diagnosis

      hell, just make it act like the house md ds game it’s a real thing and europe-only

        That video misses the crucial aspect of house getting the diagnosis wrong 8 times almost killing the patient several times, before Wilson says something like "Normal people care about others House. Its an evolutionary adaptation " and House whispers “Yeah but what if theyre not normal” and it turns out the patients empathy was a symptom and the person is actually a sociopath with an empathy secreting tumour that’s killing them or something equally ridiculous.
