Meta on Monday said it has removed about 10 million Facebook profiles for impersonating large content producers so far in 2025, in an effort to reduce spam.

    I bet the email received read something like this:

    “Hello, your spam account has been flagged as spam because our systems detected you have not spent enough money on our platform. To continue using your spam operations, please spend a minimum of 100 USD per profile per month.”
