The reason they are supposed to do 900k in six months is because they wanted to do a million in the first year and like most things that require actual work to achieve they are making no progress. The administration’s only real claims to success are illegally cutting funding.
It’s odd to me that they’re so focused on an arbitrary number but didn’t just go ahead and make it an even million.
