Saw something about this …they didn’t get permits because there were more than in the plans, and to cut costs he didn’t install air filters on them.
There is a good video about it.
Once again we see the inequality of the implementation of the law.
If there were real justice, they’d get an injunction to force the power plant to remain shut down while the lawsuit proceeds.
If there were real justice, those ordering the installation should see criminal charges and gen-pop prison time.
They will use the same excuse they used to train AI. “If they can’t do illegal things they go out of business.”
Nothing will happen. The laws are gone.
