Sweeten the tea (before it gets cold), and make you some gravy (brown your sausage, retain some grease but dump some in another container in case you need more but you only need like half of it, then add flour and milk while stirring, adjust for consistency, black pepper to taste).
It’s not hard to find a good B&G in these parts, it’s just not what we had growing up.
