Federal immigration officers have arrested another asylum seeker outside Portland Immigration Court. The man, identified as Y-Z-L-H in federal court records, was detained by U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officers after attending a required hearing on his asylum case.

    If an asylum case is dropped by ICE the person in question should be automatically granted asylum.
