Wasn’t she propped up by insanely rich parents though. Not discrediting the work she does but it’s not like any of us even have the chance to do what she’s doing

      ?

So unless you’re rich, you can’t protest? Unless you’re rich, you can’t make your voice heard?

As I understand it, her parents are well off but I don’t see them being insanely rich. I also see Greta herself basicat not spending all that much as she actually seems to put her money where her mouth is; something not seen often anymore.

It makes it a lot easier for sure if your parents have some money, but it’s not a requirement.

Comments like yours distract from the actual fact that she is actually sailing straight at an actual marine fleet from a country known to actually murder anyone that tries to stop them from committing actual fucking genocide. There is an actual non zero chance that she’ll be dead or maimed before this is over and she knows this and is there anyway.

This woman has balls of weapons grade uranium and any talks about her progenity is distracting and disgusting bullshit that has zero to do with the actual subject

She’s doing what must be done despite the draw of greed. It’s admirable. Not to say someone’s given the opportunity couldn’t do a better job

What do you propose? You things all have the same talking points - that the wealthy can never do good. What do you want instead? Forced abortions if your income is above a certain level?

Hypothetically, if there is a movement for real social change or some kind of revolution in the future it will need some amount of money. Having allies who have money and are willing to use it on the right causes is pretty important. Alienating them is not helpful.
