What is the best and most simplest way to make it a locked down phone, avoid tracked and monitoring by officials and corrupt officials… Like I have beef with local corrupt feds level.

I Want to make it a Safe private and hardened phone. Make it a Safe phone, privacy friendly phone.

How to achieve this?
