Yeah, you as an individual should never have chosen to rent an apartment from a person who wanted to save as much money as possible on the plumbing and then your kids got brain damage. Sheesh. It’s all your fault, and clearly this kind of thing shouldn’t be regulated, because why even would someone want it to be.
