i’m reconsidering my comment now… there’s a good chance that the executive branch is going to do something stupid and try to involve themselves in the process, and it could cause a mistrial.
edit - i don’t think there’s a pardon in his future, either. but the president’s inability to keep his mouth shut might just end up saving this guy from death row (maybe?)

I’m saying that conspiring with PAs and NPs to falsify medical records with the specific intent to make sure people die is literally murder.
