They just need decent regulation to prevent social harm and a path to recovery for when it’s too late.

I mean , having a legal outlet for “sins” like drugs, gambling, sex etc is better than the demand existing and a black market being created.
They just need decent regulation to prevent social harm and a path to recovery for when it’s too late.
