I’m this way for my scheduled appointments. For the store I’ll just get an idea in my head that I need groceries and I’ll just get up and go to the store wandering around looking at stuff and building meals off of whatever I grab. But then I get to work almost an hour early and just play on my phone for 45 minutes.
