    Is that China or maybe USSR? I don’t really consider any dictatorship to be a communism so those would disqualify this example.

        Honestly if those buildings survived the administration that built and maintained them imploding over thirty years ago, then that’s impressive. Not bad, Stalin, not bad.

          No, it was built during Brezhnev.

          During Stalin it either was Stalinka for nomenclature or wooden communal apartment.
