Just started a season 2 of my Voyager rewatch. It’s good but man, I miss DS9 already after just watching it.
I’m in the middle of Voyager too, and I’ve had similar thoughts before! The storytelling, while pretty good, is just not to the same level.
On a DS9 rewatch with the wife, we got to Season 6 episode 24. Classic Miles suffers for no reason episode. Worf and baby is too adorable.
I always enjoyed the Worf and baby interactions on that one too!
Currently I’m rewatching Voyager and this week was disc 5 of season 3. Every time I rewatch, I miss Seven of Nine and can’t wait for season 4. I have a similar feeling waiting to see Vala Mal Doran when rewatching SG1.
Seven is an interesting character! I feel like they overused her a little to the detriment of the rest of the cast other than Janeway and the Doctor, but there were definitely some good stories.
