If these two aren’t related, that’s a huge coincidence. Also, childhood malnutrition is a bitch and will absolutely cause something like this.

Same nose, same eye-shape, similar chin, and rapidly rushing towards similar hairlines. If these two aren’t related, that’s a huge coincidence.
