I feel like it’s kinda cultural here to not eat just beans and rice, doesn’t feel like a full meal so I do like broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin puree, soy protein or any other thing to go with it
Garlic and salt, plus bay leafs on the beans is all I need. Add a protein source and this is golden
