We are just getting up and running so please bare with me. I have not traditionally been a community builder in the past, but I believe there is big a gap in the Fediverse where strength training should be.

Is this for weight training only? What if you are interested in strength training, but also flexibility, endurance, and cardio capacity?

Absolutely, those are important to most lifters outside of powerlifting maybe. Many of the recommended strength programs include conditioning and mobility work as well as lifting.

5/3/1 prescribes jumps/throws and 3/4 days of conditioning for most templates. GZCL highly recommends it for his programs, and Tactical barbell also has a big focus on conditioning and strength endurance since its marketed towards folks that need to carry heavy stuff at work (military, firefighters etc)
