I don’t have a problem with celebrities who are lacking intelligence, as their job is to entertain not teach - however here is where my issue begins, though it’s more of a criticism beyond celebs themselves.
I mean, these people are primarily entertainers and should be treated as such, yet too many of them try to reach for things they have no reason to involve themselves in. If they’re not professionals within the fields, their opinions should matter as much as any random person yet they’re constantly given a spotlight on issues pertaining to health (mental and physical), Science, History, Politics, etc.

News publications are notoriously guilty of this.
