Bend over at the hip until the hamstrings are engaged, swing the sandbag up, resist the sandbag coming down so it doesn’t hit the legs. 4 sets, 15 reps
I’ve noticed two days after this makes my ankle sore, and sometimes a very sore back (the muscle can be tetchy for a few days).
What is the right way to improve so this exercise doesn’t take me out of commission? Or is this soreness just a part of building up the muscles/ligaments?
