So, nothing new really here. Slightly more-ish “fire-resistant”…but not the better fireproofing building standard steel.

Middle of the article shows these KB Homes under construction are still using wood lumber and not steel for framing.
So, nothing new really here. Slightly more-ish “fire-resistant”…but not the better fireproofing building standard steel.
