Could you expand on that please ? I assume you’re not referencing Gough Whitlam’s dismissal by the GG at the behest of the CIA ?
I’ve had a quick search and can’t find anything pointing to conflict between Menzies and the Crown, nor anything suggesting the monarch or the GG booted him out. Could be a searching failure on my part of course so info appreciated
