    Itā€™s easy to keep a simple majority from voting you out, when anyone opposing you gets the wall for being ā€œNot doctrinalā€ā€¦

    Its like saying a pastor of a church can be voted out by a simple majority of the deaconsā€¦ But the pastor can off any deacon at any time, merely for being a heretic.
