You know, much of the mystery of “why the fuck are you supporting Israel” would be solved if Biden would give us meaningful reasons why his support was so glib. Not that it would justify him, but I would imagine more people would at least comprehend having to make a tough decision between two shitty options.

It’s better than the current justifications of “they’re our allies” or “*Crickets*,” which are both piss-poor justifications for supporting war crimes against Palestinians.

He’s not going to win a meaningful number of Republicans, and moderates don’t exist anymore, so I’m not really sure what he thinks the end game is by keeping his reasons a secret.

You mean President Joe “I am a Zionist” Biden?

      The answer is pretty obvious.

Don’t doubt for even a single minute that AIPAC isn’t bending and twisting US Domestic politics for it’s own benefit.

      Democrat 1

      Democrat 2

      Republican 1

      Republican 2

Literally every President and Vice President and the major POTUS candidates for at least the past two decades has spoke at AIPAC. Biden, Trump, Obama, Bush Jr, Dick Cheney, Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Sarah Palin. ALL of them.

If there’s another single issue lobbying group out there with more political power I’m unaware of them. AIPAC flexes so hard that even the NRA is jealous.
