Lol, no offence but I didn’t need a study to know that several years per animal can’t compete with yearly (or faster) crops in efficiency. As long as you get all your nutrients somehow, meat is never going to win in footprint, be it carbon, drinkable water, or whatever.
Still, more studies is more better, and I’m glad they’re continuing but anyone eating meat shouldn’t be kidding themselves.
