People aren’t born Nazis. Their minds and ideology can change.

The ideology needs to die, not the people.

    Dehumanization is not the way.

That would be the approach before the war broke out.

They have been waging war for a few years since Jan 6 2021

      Being polite isn’t gonna help

There’s a lot of space between politeness and murder.

Who counts as Nazi for you? Everyone who voted for Trump? That would be tens of millions of deaths. A bigger bloodbath than Mao.

I’m not gonna split hairs, here’s a simple Nazi test:

If you think a person doesnt have a right to exist or deserve the exact same freedoms as everyone else because of how they were born, you are a Nazi.

          It’s easy!

Huh, that high pitched whistling noise, what is it? It seems to be some kind of whistling, at a level only audible for dogs.

              Hmm I dunno

I’d have to ask if they believe some people aren’t entitled to the same rights as everyone else like I said.

              I told you my criteria.

If you think someone can be born “less than” another human, you are a Nazi.

It’s easy. Quit trying to make it hard.

Why don’t you go hug a nazi, write a strongly-worded letter to a wasp nest, have a civil chat with a hungry lion, and report back on all your successes.

Are you saying there’s millions of nazis who want others dead just because of where they were born? That sounds like a problem

Lemmy users will sit on their hands while Trump is elected because Kamala=genocide then unironically downvote people questioning if murdering the 70 million people that voted for him is perhaps an overreaction.

          Everyone who voted for Trump?

I don’t know that I want all of them dead but I certainly would be completely ambivalent if they all suddenly died. And that includes family members of mine.

Whether they’re Nazi only shifts to actively wanting them dead, being a Trump supporter or voter in of itself means they are selfish pieces of shit and I don’t care about their well being, they are bad people making everyone else’s lives actively worse. Their selfishness, stupidity, and evil are literally burdens on the good people who live among them.

You can recognise someone as fully human and capable of redemption and still fight them because their actions endanger the helpless.
