Amid increasing reports that U.S. citizens have been caught up in the Trump administration’s immigration dragnet, a dozen members of Congress have written to the government with pointed questions. None has received a reply.
Not to mention an “official act” likely can’t be defined as intentionally ignoring the supreme courts ruling. Not only can Congress file impeachment and the Senate remove him, I don’t see how they couldn’t charge him with treason for doing so. Will they, no. But it should be fully within the parameters of what the supreme Court ruled
