An article I found when searching “cecot satellite images” kept calling it a dirt pile offering no evidence as to why they assumed it was dirt, though soil in the area can be pretty red so it’s not impossible it is dirt. But I think it more likely to be bodies when they have literally said you can’t leave the prison but in a body bag.
