      I’ve said this before, but framework laptops, while incredibly neat, are also not really that upgradable. A new mainboard is what? 800 more dollars on top of the $1100+ original buy-in? You could buy a whole laptop for $800.

      They are very repairable though, that’s a nice thing. And thin and light.

      Yeah it’s cost makes it hard to justify even against a used laptop that can’t be upgraded but can still have a long enough life.
