The CelebEconomy subreddit finally got banned. RIP.I guess this is the new place to post celeb economy games until Lemmy gets overrun by bots and forced to be advertiser friendly. Not gonna say the ban was out of nowhere but it was sudden. At this point I almost believe people were adding explicit prompts to get the sub banned. Anyway CelebEconomy is dead, long live CelebEconomy!
I am new to lemmy. Can someone explain this: If I search this community with this URL https://lemmynsfw.com/c/celebrity_economy, then the community shows up. But if I try to search “celeb” in the search bar, then the search results doesn’t not return this celeb economy community. Why this community’s access is restricted to people with link?

Yes, now, after I am signed in with my account, I am able to able to see this community and many more communities in search results even after searching “celeb”. It wasn’t showing before I signed in, even after searching “celeb economy”.
