Imagine being this jobless

Imagine 4-word Twitter messages like “get a job” becoming the normal way of thinking across an entire nation, and each day since March 2013 it becomes like this constantly. How people “win debate” over critical priorities and society by mocking and dehumanizing others as failures, losers, jobless, fools, unworthy, and it just continues day after day. And in 2015 the trend is very clear with signs all over the nation, in yards and street corners that isn’t just 4-word shit-talk tweeting but the entire nation. and in 2016 Twitter-think moves into the White House… and nobody ever does a thing to resist this shitty thinking system.

Sounds like that person doesn’t know how weekends work. That being said, a lot of people don’t get the luxury of a weekend so we protest for them, among others.

Sounds to me like people stuck in Twitter-think media enviornment.

For example, what job are they earning money for by tweeting insults to Americans for standing up for ideals and democracy? Why are they supporting X media platform machine love over love of human beings standing up for humanism?

“On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress, composed of the nation’s Founding Fathers, met in Philadelphia… what job was it for people to organize changes in society? Did their boss man approve their time off? Who gave those uppity people Twitter community approval for gathering peacefully to organize ideas? Did they somehow think that time spent on something other than serving an employer matters?” - Stephen Gutknecht, April 2025
