That’s most voice over sites. I only know of CastingCallClub that does free use, but the quality and pay of work there is all over the place because it’s a free site.
I was looking for freelance writing or tutoring. There were some nice educational consulting gigs, but if I had money I wouldn’t be looking for a job!
