If it’s so easily defeated, don’t you think that maybe it’s inherently flawed? A good system would account for the greedy and powerful.

Aw gee, let’s see; 3rd world nations attempting to create a future for their people vs the CIA. Clearly the problem is a flaw in their political philosophy, not the ruthless, overwhelming superpower that doesn’t want to see that happen because prices might go up.

      Jesus Christ.

Russia has never been 3rd world, they’re the definitive example of 2nd world. They’re literally where the term 2nd world comes from. And China is plenty industrialized too.

And if they can’t handle hostile powers, then it’s a shit system.

And what did I say about nations attempting communism but being quickly taken over by dictatorships?

What a strange idea to consider; that a nation attempting an early experiment to improve society might somehow be drawn off course early by wealthy, powerful psychopaths.

My goodness, this must be the first time in human history.

When there’s hundreds of millions of lives at stake, you don’t fuck around with an “early experiment”.

But the experiment did show one thing, that communism is inherently flawed and will turn into a dictatorship

Bullshit. When the established power base forces millions of lives into destitution, revolution is the only acceptable solution. After which you change your government to benefit the people. Communism wasn’t the problem. The problem is Russia has had a cultural obsession with strongmen for centuries. That was their problem under monarchy, under communism, and now under capitalism.

In fact communism was the best thing that ever happened to Russia. They used to be peasants. They improved literacy, their industrial capacity, and built a middle class. They beat America to space. But they just couldn’t find it in themselves to overthrow strongmen, and that is why they suffered.

Communism is one of the worst things to happen to Russia in a long list of bad things. The good thing was railroads and factories, industrialization. It would’ve happened without mass starvations and gulags.
