The plan is to privatize everything so they can give lucrative government contracts to their billionaire buds so they can turn things that are meant to be public services into for-profit enterprises.

The plan is not Trump’s, since he’s incapable of planning. It’s Putin’s: crash the US economy, destroy US alliances and other soft power, sow political division in the US and Europe, and weaken the EU and NATO.
Everything Trump has done in this term has been in aid of those objectives.
