    Anti-gamer pricing…anti-gamer pricing…anti-gamer pricing

What even is this? Is this anything other than just openly saying “anything I don’t like is an attack on me”? In fact as stupid as this video must be, his fans would have to be extra stupid to actually believe this framing.

He’s right. How could raising tariffs against China, Vietnam, and Cambodia possibly raise the price of a console that’s assembled in factories in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia. /s

There’s so many cheap ways to play games out there and yet gamers still can’t stop complaining, lmao. It’s probably one of the cheapest hobbies there is, next to watching films and streamed content.

Steam Deck and PS5 are more expensive and no one complained then lol

Gamers are idiots. Stop doing console wars to distract from what is a problem with the whole industry. Nintendo fucking sucks on greed, but staying silent on Sony and Valves outrageous prices and only focusing on Nintendo’s bullshit pisses me off because THEY ALL NEED TO BE CRITICIZED.

Anyway, With this I’ve been priced out of every modern console (PS5, Steam Deck and Switch 2). I no longer feel bad about being a boomer for retro gaming and indie titles because at least I’m not spending $120AUD per game for my slop.

Couldn’t afford them while I was a kid and I still can’t but at least there are linux based retro handhelds out there for emulated games that are a looot cheaper in comparison. Someday I will get one of those instead.

TBF Sony did get a lot of flack for the PS5 Pro pricing, especially given the lack of standard features. But yeah, gamers’ psychology when it comes to pricing and corporate malfeasance is all over the place and prone to double standards. For example, gamers getting super salty about a new game being exclusive to the Epic Store, like something shady and unethical must have gone down if it’s not available on Steam. They’re whining that Valve doesn’t have a de facto monopoly on digital distribution of pc games.

Of all the staggeringly stupid shit chump has done. And boy he has a whole list of just fuckin’ WHOPPERS. He had nothing to do with Switch 2 pricing.

Eggs? His fault. Gas? His fault. The recession that starts tomorrow? 110% his fault. But not anything that Nintendo does. Nintendo is plenty evil all on their own. They don’t need his help.

He likely has a little to do with the switch pricing. Most indistry folks expected a $399 price. Also there is a Japanese language only version priced at $330 USD being sold in Japan.

Nintendo, a company that makes money from selling games, priced their product too high to discourage gamers from buying it. You know why a company would do something like lose money on their products? Why a bunch of Literature professors from the 1800s got together and decide they control the world and that everyone has to be gay and trans.
