This is a recipe from the website seriouseats.com. It’s really amazing. The crispy cheese edge is the best.

      Yes that’s the recipe. I bought non stick pans from the local dollar store. And I cannot find Brick cheese so I use cheddar. Other then that I follow the recipe. It’s really amazing pizza. I make it probably every 2 or 3 weeks.
