I haven’t found any that’s opensource and has a open database with an explanation of how it’s augmented / sources for the stuff in the DB. That leads me to question the app or its DB. What if they were paid to exclude a relationship or company entirely? Crazier things have happened.
There are boycott apps out there already. Haven’t tried them all to see if they offer what you’re looking for, but they are out there.

Yes. They literally stated in their post what the shortcomings of the app are.

Asking for transparency in an inherently political app is not paranoia.
