Picked up this used RG550 Genesis from Craig’s List today for $660. The guy represented it to be a bit better condition than it is but I don’t think his intentions were bad. He seemed like a decent dude. He gave me a good deal and I should be able to get this thing running the way I want without too much trouble. He installed some Jalen pickups and a kill switch in place of the tone pot. The pickups sound really articulate. PerpleMcDerple.
I still have mine. It’s been in storage since 1998 when I quit playing because work took over 🙂 Great guitar. The fretboard is a little too flat for me though.
