- sit comfortably
- inhale the fire of self love which destroys all unlike itself, fill your body
- exhale, allow the flames to dislodge what they will
- repeat a few times
- inhale the dislodged material
- exhale the material, moving it downward as far as you can conceptualize
- as the matrial exits your sphere of conceptualization, take a breath and exhale to move it up and around, evenly distributed around the outside of the sphere up to the pinnacle of your sphere of conceptualization
- turn your gaze up to in between your eyebrows with the intent to receive the now consecrated material while exhaling the stream down into your sphere, linking the torus back to where you started
- maintain your upward gaze and shift your focus to your heart
- inhale to rotate your torus inward, so that it collapses in on and blesses you
- exhale downward to continue the inward rotation
- allow the torus to continue dislodging, purging, consecrating, and reinstalling all firmware and software unlike the fire of self-love
- while maintaining this purifying rotation, shift your perspective to view yourself from the third person
- focus on the form of your body in the middle of this torus while contemplating the stance that you are your own child and the unconditional and inherent love and compassion and understanding you have for yourself.

you can do this same thing but with a bottle of water instead of your body. or with a bottle of oil, a candle, etc. or like another person or the planet or a city or something. sometimes its a good idea to ask permission first before lighting someone on fire. you can also do this with an element other than fire, or with something thats not an element like a mantra or a feeling or an idea, or anything. feel free and safe to play with this, just ground and rest after and use consent.
