Signing on to Hexbear this morning and seeing dozens of “I’m curious” posts across every comm, realizing that we must have really gotten a live one while I was gone, and tracking down the Patient Zero post. It’s like a scavenger hunt for a dumb take. Good times, comrades, keep up the excellent work. 
That dork also left tracks on his home instance to out himself. Like, if you’re going on an
you don’t leave a breadcrumb trail, even if it’s a boring-assed brigading adventure.
Really, anything concrete beyond speculation, deriving from a sh.itjust.works user commenting that they’ll infiltrate le Hexbear.net for the lols? I don’t see a trail.
A bit of speculation sprinkled in with the user having no alibi to the accusation beyond “nuh uh 😤”
This comment by Sabre363@sh.itjust.works was posted to the chaser lemmy 25 minutes before the WhiskeyOaks account on Hexbear was made, followed a few hours later by the Sabre363 clarifying that the controversial image they were thinking of posting here was “taken in 1989,” followed a few days later by WhiskeyOaks doing exactly what Sabre363 was proposing.
It’s not conclusive by any means, but the timing of it all suggests it’s probably the same dork.
edit: Also here’s another thread where Sabre363@sh.itjust.works defends AI, doesn’t appear to understand what Occam’s Razor is (just like WhiskeyOaks), and is just a huge debate pervert.
