      You mean current and future products/advertising targets?

      It’s simple. It’s so they can get them into that content pipeline early, that way they keep their eyeballs on the ads as long as possible.

      No morals, no empathy, profit is all.

      It’s the closest you come to actual evil in the corporate world. You harm people without a care in the world.

      Sometimes I think this existence is about resilience to evil. To see who will fall for it, and who will not.
