We are going to go out on a limb here and say that if people are regularly finding techniques to disable AI summaries in Google searches, perhaps that means they do not want them in the first place?

    Self host a SearXNG instance. The results are a lot more genuine – I was truly astonished at the utter lack of SEO enhanced bullshit that it returns.

      Not a bad plan. And there are options. Even options you don’t have to pay for.

      But I assume the guy who constantly writes “kagis” instead of “googles” will be in here soon to spam their for-profit one as usual.

    This is a great advice. I’m using Qwant.com now instead of Google and the trick works like a charm even though there’s no ai problem to begin with.

    Just tried a few searches and the results were optimal: dining table fucking, cute dogs fucking, gastroenterologist fucking…
