That was the entire Harris campaign. Ran on Trump’s 2016 border policy, even had her own "they’re bringing drugs fentanyl moment’, and campaigned with a Cheney. The greatest achievement of the Republican party over the last decade has been that their opposition is now running on their policies. The Republicans of 2008 and 2016 are now the Democrats of 2024.
