just fucking pirate stuff. just download it. maybe spend a tenner on bandcamp on some band you like or buy a shirt at a concert. that’s all there is to it. don’t buy new vinyl records. its plastic trash that’s gonna end up in a landfill that has literally no benefits compared to a flac.
The main thing I need from any Spotify alternative is to be able to transfer my playlists extremely easily. I have some I’ve been curating for over ten years at this point.
I use DI.FM for my streaming music. Been a subscriber there for years. You can listen free too with some ads. They have a lot of new and original stuff including live DJ shows. Tons of genres. Never became as popular as Spotify, but it will scratch whatever itch you’re looking for.
Also buy Vinyl, CDs, and if I can’t find it to buy…
